Dustin Arnold is the Chief Technology Officer for M&B Sciences.  He is a highly accomplished software architect, developer, and executive with deep technical and business experience in product and platform development. Dustin has over 20 years of experience in software, data, and cloud technology utilized by fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining M&B Sciences, Dustin served as the Director of Enterprise Architecture at Alight Solutions (formerly Compass Professional Health Services), where he led distributed global architecture, engineering, and software development organizations, building and operating platforms for healthcare navigation and benefits administration.  Early in his career, which included serving as Vice President of Software Development at Skywire Software (which was acquired by Oracle), Dustin led the delivery of software and technology products for nonprofits, healthcare organizations, and insurance and financial services clients. Dustin graduated from Killeen High School, in Killeen, TX and attended Texas Tech University where he studied Architecture and Management Information Systems.
