Cayce Drobek is the Executive Vice President of Clinical Operations at M&B Sciences.  Cayce has over 15 years of experience leading clinical trials innovation.  She comes to M&B most recently from Clara Health—a healthcare software company that focused on helping patients find and access promising experimental treatments by participating in clinical trials. M&B acquired Clara Health in March of 2022.  Prior to joining Clara Health, Cayce worked for an Ireland based life sciences technology company, Teckro, where she helped scale the clinical operations, pre-sales solution consulting, and led digital strategy and analytics teams as Teckro’s Head of Clinical Operations and Global Head of Digital Engagement & Clinical Analytics. In addition to her life sciences technology experience, Cayce also helped build the early phase oncology group at Tesaro (acquired by GSK in 2019). Cayce has also worked with multiple contract research organizations including Sarah Cannon Research Institute and ICON Plc.  Cayce received her Master’s of Science Degree in Clinical Research. She resides in Nashville, Tennessee.
